How long will the job take?
Every job is based on it’s merits. When quoting your job, we’ll tell you exactly how much time will be required for your circumstance, prior to any commencement. If the time is not suitable, we’ll simply reschedule a time at your convenience.
Are you licensed?
Every Metropolitan Heating and Cooling technician is a registered plumber, gasfitter, HVAC technician or electrician. In addition, the company is qualified to perform specified building, roofing and electrical work.

How quickly can you arrive?
Wherever possible we aim to get to your home within 1 hour of your call. However if you have a preferred time, we can schedule a time that suits you.
Do you offer interest free?
Yes we do! You can take advantage of our $0 deposit, interest free payment options, and we now also accept Zip Pay.
Can you come on a weekend or public holiday?
Yes, we operate 24/7 all year round, including all public holidays, and we don't charge extra for after hours attendance.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes, we offer a 12 month warranty on all workmanship, parts and materials supplied and installed by us. We also have a $20 million public liability insurance for your added peace of mind.
Can you let me know when you're on your way?
Yes of course! We have state of the art dispatch and van tracking technology, so we can give you a courtesy call when your technician is half an hour away.
